Northeastern Power has so far been a reliable, affordable and very customer-friendly ESCO. Their rewards program is really great; just got a generous gift for my birthday! I hope I'm able to keep them even though NYSEG recently sent me a letter saying Northeastern Power will no longer be my ESCO at the end of the month. I hope I can change that.
