Before having service with this company, I had been an Energy customer for over 20 years, I've NEVER seen bills like this... Not even during an ice storm. I think you guys motivated me to look into solar 👍👍💯💯 absolutely ridiculous bills and explanation of if charges just because the temp dropped.

Northcentral connect is very good internet provider with excellent customer service. Before Northcentral we could not get internet service upstairs but now with Northcentral connect blanket service we can get internet in all parts of my families home. If there is a problem they are quick to come out to rectify it

Lol this company is very good at ripping people off. Not only do they over charge you, they also charge you a ridiculous fee when you’re late paying your bill. Northcentral read the reviews and do better!!!

Ok you have to replace utility poles, thats fine, but how about some notices or something rather than showing up at 11 am and cutting off my power, working outside my window when I am trying to sleep since I work nights. If you had bothered asking I would have told you to do it Friday rather than Wednesday since I dont work Friday nights!!!!!!

They will rip you off without reasonable explanation. 🤬
1st, I opted in for email and text notifications concerning my bill because I don't check my mail every day. I hate paper mail.
One of the customers commented that the rep said the mail was delayed at the post office and that's why she didn't get a cutoff notice in time. What's the excuse for not getting texts and emails? They charged me $50 to cut my lights back on after cutting them off without warning. The cutoff was for my JULY bill.
They were wrong because my mail did not have a cutoff date, only a due date (8/29/22) but, I got cut off on the 17th without fair warning. They need better management or a class action law suit. All I ask is, Just text me like you're supposed to.😡 It's not like you don't have the money. You're ripping us off. You have the money.

Living in the area for more than 20 years, I think this electric company is the best. Once in a while, we lost power during the heavy storms/tornadoes but they worked hard to restore the power quickly. If I had problem, they responded quickly. I have nothing to complain about the electric company 🙂
Today, 12/7/2023, I was working from home and heard a big loud noise from outside and lost my power. I contacted the company and 20 minutes later the truck came and started checking the outside electric poles. Within 15 minutes, they fixed the issue and I got my power back.
Again, thanks very much North Central Electric for quick response. You're the best! 🙂

So far at new address no issue with electricity, bill is a bit high. 250 deposit that they hold until i stop service. Could be 1 year or 20 years they will hold the money no matter what. Now with that said Northcentral Connect has been a joke. Nearly 30 days to get new service, 5 different visits by people to get service going. Within a week of having internet my IP address assigned is bad. Black listed so my streaming services do not work. 4 of the 5 I can not watch. Day 12 and they have no clue as when it will be resolved. Awaiting my 1st bill and paying for hbo max /paramount + and can't watch them. CS says this is happening to multiple customers in my area.

These folks are ridiculous. They just randomly come in with a “customer charge” for $25 and some “TVA charge” that’s $75. My bill basically went up by $140 in a month based on these extra fees and some extra usage. And, of course, I’m forced to use them or have no power. Truly greedy pieces of garbage. They should be ashamed of themselves honestly.
