I came home and my house was 84 degrees. I called NGE the next morning, which was a Friday and they sent Joe out by 10:30. He called prior to arriving to get an idea of what was happening. Joe was a professional technician and not a salesman. He told me there was a possibility that it could not be fixed but would troubleshoot it first. He immediately got to work and found 2 leaks and was able to fix them. Checked the system and then refilled the freon. I am writing this in a cool 70 degree house, thanks to Joe and NGE. You will always have my recommendation.
