We moved into a new house and I tried to start power only to be told I need to submit documentation! Well I submitted my verification documents on February 28th, and they STILL have not processed my information! My kids have to have power! Don’t move anywhere in their damn district!

They lie about using the meters or something! Iv used less in the last two months cause hardly home and yet my bill has gone up nearly $100.00 truly worst company iv ever had in 38 years!

Ridiculously, every year they make me pay double the amount on my power bill. They take advantage of being the only power company in this area and take advantage of the customers! They said it doesn't matter how much I used, they just compared the last year's bill and charge me actually more in the same month every year!

No respect for your landscape!! While replacing a power pole dropped power lines that ran from the existing pole to the new one on top of plants breaking them. Had p l e n t y of open field to drop the lines carefully. If you spend money on landscaping a nice yard you'll understand the frustration!

I went to go sign up for services but the door was locked 🔒
So the employee said that I could do that at the drive-thru window.

So then I asked if I could come in to use the restroom. She said that they don't have any restrooms. Now mind you I'm disabled and in a wheelchair ♿️ because I only have one leg.

I guess it's their opinion that disabled people can just rush to the next restroom 🚻 as easy as they do with two legs. Let me tell you we can't.

The power has been going out all day and my nanny is on oxygen which by the way needs power. We don't know why it's going out so much since everything is paid. I just wish that people would be able to have a number to contact in cases like this since it's important.

Not very dependable when there was a outage. Been without power for over 7 hours and no one can tell me when it will be restored. They just keep telling me they have my address listed with the outage.

Worst power company I have ever been forced to deal with. Will cut your power off in 10 days, no grace. Don't care if you have babies in the house after you've paid, you'll wait til they "have time to get to you" to turn it back on and they do it remotely from a computer. Prices are the highest I've ever dealt with.
Customer service sucks, management sucks. Wish I had the option of changing companies....makes me miss GA Power
