12/23/24- my egg, shrimp, and noodles in the pad Thai were burnt. My husband ordered no cabbage in his Korean beef noodles but cabbage was still in it. Overall, the food was edible but a little disappointed in how everything was prepared.

I recently visited your store to place an order, and I want to start by saying the customer service at the time of ordering was very friendly and welcoming. However, when I got home and was ready to enjoy my meal, I discovered that only one of the items I received was correct—the other was completely wrong.

I attempted to call the number listed on your website more than 10 times to report the issue. I even followed the automated system to get transferred to the direct location, but every time I pressed “0” to speak with someone, the call either disconnected or hung up. It was extremely frustrating and disappointing to find no way to reach your team after a mistake was made.

Your customer service needs improvement—especially when it comes to being accessible by phone. If customers can’t call your location to resolve issues, it reflects poorly on your service. Because of this, I can’t give a better review at this time.

First time ever eating at this restaurant. Was excited to try it. But, no sauce and had human hair in the pasta. Had to toss it out. I noticed the employees were not wearing hair nets or gloves when handling food.

I got the chicken bacon pasta with "creamy Alfredo sauce" there was no Alfredo sauce! Just dried noodles and parmesan with some toppings! Not a fan. If it was cheaper I wouldn't be as upset.

First time at this location. I've been getting the same thing for over 5 years when I would go to the other location in California always great. The eggs were brunt so had to pick them all out. Got it to go and something told me to open the bag no napkins no plastic ware I guess I'm supposed to eat it with my hands ? The cashier wasn't around so when I asked the cook she acted like it was a lot of trouble to get me a napkin and some plastic ware. Won't be back to this location I'll try another one I guess

Daughter likes because they offer tofu and ordered Japanese Pan Noodles. Husband likes the Asian dishes and ordered Spicy Korean Beef. I got zoodles and ordered Zucchini Grilled Orange Chicken. There was no problem with the food. We all liked what we ordered. The prices seem to increase while the amount of food decreases. The regular order used to be almost more than I could eat but that's no longer the case. Busy restaurant but employees are efficient and service is quick so many people like to eat here, especially if they aren't overly concerned with the calories.

Liked the Gluten-free option, got the buffalo chicken ranch with grilled chicken, even asked if if it was an allergy so they could cook it separately. Great service as well.

Awesome being back after being away a couple of years. Wife is gluten free and we didn't know they added that as an option! So happy to start coming back!
