We had an interesting request that we wanted solar for our 10 acre property that would allow us to comfortably live in our rv on our property. All companies I called we’re dismissive and I was about to give up on our off grid dream before I stumbled across Nomadic Solar. Daniel made getting solar the most seamless process! I knew nothing about it going in and had a million questions but he made sure to thoroughly answer and explain everything in depth. My project was unique and he made sure everything turned out exactly how I wanted it. He is the most positive and great person to work with. He understands and respects people’s budgets, he charges fairly and has extensive knowledge about different budget friendly options, he was always working hard even on the days it was 100 degrees with a smile on his face! I truly cannot express enough how grateful we are for Daniel! 1000000/10 recommend!!!

Happy to give Daniel at Nomadic Solar a five star review. We had a complex Lithium battery upgrade with a DC to DC addition on our van. Daniel rewired the van using high quality parts and keeping safety as a priority. We went from a 330 AGM to 920 of Lithium. Everything is working great. Daniel is exactly the kind of person you would dream of working with. He is thoughtful as well as cost conscious. He is also always positive and loves his work. I found Daniel with Nomadic Solar from Instagram on the @SmallTruckCampers website. I reached out and within a week I was at his place getting the electrical/solar done on my truck camper. So glad I found him! He did an amazing job, everything looked very neat and put together. He asked lots of questions to make sure I left happy with the results. Nomadic solar installed a 400 amp hour solar system to my van that I bought to live in and travel full time. I was right out of high school and have very little experience when it comes to electrical systems, but he was very knowledgeable and made himself available at every turn. These guys came into what was a train wreck from a dishonest unprofessional solar/battery installer for my home and reengineered just about the entire system to work as what was originally promised from the original installer.
They’re professional, competent and delivered.
Pick wisely, it can cost you a fortune if you don’t. Ask for Daniel and or Elliot.

Daniel at Nomadic Solar built my power system for my DIY sprinter van conversion. He did a beautiful job. The work and wiring is extremely clean. Daniel is very professional and responsive with any technical questions. I will add more photos once my van conversion is complete. I would use Daniel again for any solar or power supply needs.

We showed up in CA with a partially built solar system in our self-converted school bus. We were so lucky to find Daniel with Nomadic Solar through a mutual friend! Daniel lives in a van himself, so he really understands the needs of full time nomads. We now have a fully functioning system with no issues so far!
I just wish we had worked with him from the beginning so he could help guide us in our purchasing. We made some mistakes in buying from Home Depot and Daniel was able to correct our mistakes and get our solar up and running. Solar/DC power is surprisingly complex, even for your average household electrician (who we hired for the first part of our electricity build).
If you are considering hiring a pro, hire Daniel right away so he can do it correctly, efficiently, and cost-effectively from the start.
He's very flexible (and mobile), and worked with our schedule.
Not to mention he's a super cool guy and fun to talk to while working!

My 72 year old Dad just bought an RV is living the van life! His system was out of date and had no solar of course. Daniel and his team went in and updated the electronics, added a switch for shore power, and installed 3 panels and all the other goodies that give my old man all the energy he will ever need.
