Over a month ago I had a water leak, over a year ago they moved my water meter and added a pipe to extend my line, I have no idea why they moved my meter but when they did, they put a shark bite clamp and didn't put it on good, plus didn't add gravel
Under the pipe or back fill the hole correctly, so it came off, I asked them to fix it but, I was told it was my problem, so 300 dollars later for repairs and a 150 dollar water bill, I'm screwed.

I recently had an upstairs water leak ran all night. I called Nolensville College Grove Utility District and spoke with Stacey. I was thoroughly impressed with the outstanding customer service she provided. She was compassionate to my situation and she went over and above by helping me estimate my upcoming bill and running a meter download to ensure me that the leak was fixed. I can’t recommend our local water company enough for outstanding customer service Stacey provided for me during a stressful time. Thank you Nolensville College Grove Utility District!!!!

I am a new customer, and I have read all the negative reviews concerning customer service.
I will have to say that my experience was nothing less than great. I left a message to be called back, and within 10 minutes I received all phone call back, by a very friendly helpful lady by the name of Stacy.
I know we sometimes only see the bad feed back for companies, so I felt it was also good to send good feedback.

Thank you for being such a pleasure to speak to, and tell me the process in full and in detail.

Would not recommend, but if you live in the area, tough luck I guess. They have a monopoly and no accountability to the people they serve, so they have no incentive to offer anything but the bare minimum of customer service. I was setup on autopay for a year or so and an issue popped up with that payment method. Was I informed that there was a problem with my payment? Nope. Was I informed that my bill was late? Nope. Was I informed that they were going to shut my water off if they didn't receive payment? Nope. They just shut it off and didn't even let me know that they had until I called to see what happened to my water pressure. The person I spoke to on the phone was decently polite, so I guess they have that going for them.

Was notified by automated voicemail that a leak was detected. Customer service was prompt to answer my calls in get my meter data downloaded and steps to find the leak. Angelina in particular has been very helpful. Always received quick replies to the few voicemails I needed to leave. They even had someone after hours on Sunday afternoon come out and turn my water back on.

Unfortunately, utilities are monopoly-like; however, I’m fortunate to have their service.

As we now see from similar reviews, we we’re not informed that we would have two utility companies, even after calling NCGUD to set up our account. Wouldn’t you want to notify a new customer that you will receive a separate sewer bill from Metro Nashville when setting up your water service as a common courtesy? We were gone for a weekend and received a text from a neighbor that our backflow to our irrigation system was leaking. We called our builder (new construction) and they got a hold of their plumber to come out and fix it within a couple of hours. Call NCGUD when we get the bill when this happened (734 gallons leaked within a couple of hours) and was told they would have to request a 90 day meter history to consider any potential adjustment. Upon receiving the meter history we call back only to learn that NCGUD does not make adjustments for any irrigation leaks and that they will not consider any adjustments in the future until we are a customer for at least one year. At that time, the only adjustment that will be considered is an issue with the main line from the street. Why weren’t we told this when I called about the bill and the leak in the first place ? Like others before us, if a new option becomes available we will move our business.

Lady who answers the phone does not help. She is rude won’t help and doesn’t find solutions. But says NO over and over again. Rudest water service I’ve ever worked with. Said she didn’t care I needed the water on today today that I’m not privileged lol. Ok. Versace is her name and Kandi Jennings at the other office have no customer service skills or care for humans. I don’t know what happened to just simply caring what the person is saying and diffusing the situation instead of making it worse. Especially when the issue was on their end because they can’t keep billing straight! Remember it’s free to be kind!

If you live in Nolensville you get screwed royally by the water companies. Yes that is plural, TWO water companies. You have to pay Metro water which is a normal bill, around 40 a month. Then there is CG Nolensville Utility. We bought a new home and didn't realize that the irrigation system was running twice. Our first bill was 754 DOLLARS! From there out it has been around a hundred dollars each month. When I lived in Smyrna, my water and sewer combined was 30-40 dollars. Here in good ol' Nolensville my combined bills are averaging 150 dollars, for just water. They have even been on the news for ridiculous billing. It might be cheaper to shut water off and just buy truckloads of bottled water.
