Very helpful and friendly cashiers. The store is clean and spacious. So spacious, in fact, that it made the store shelves look empty! It's very easy to miss the entrance, so look out for that. I passed it two times--once in each direction. 😄 I was happy to learn that this location offers vegetable garden seeds by the scoop! At the time of my visit, they had a variety of winter greens.

I was trying to return an item that was bought from Ace Hardware. I walked in and had the receipt as well as the product to return. When the clerk looked at the receipt she said I'm sorry to tell you this but I can't take this item because it was bought from a different store. And policy is that we only refund for things bought at our store.
The clerk was very nice and made it clear that it wasn't her that it was policy for their company. Very pleasant customer service.

Its so nice to have a our local neighborhood Ace Hardware a couple minutes from us for quick buys. Staff is friendly & welcoming!

This place used to be 5 stars, but the past 3 times I have been in the store, over a 6 month time period, the shelves have been bare. I haven't been able to purchase what I have need because they don't have it in stock. I have asked the employees several times if they are going out of business and they act like bare shelves is normal!

I don’t really understand this store. The employees are supremely kind and helpful, so three stars for that. However, the store is always half-stocked and has been that way for several years. Half the shelves are empty, so finding what you need at any given time is an exercise in chance.

This store is empty! Been there 4 times for stuff as simple as a standard light bulb to pellets for my Traeger grill. They had a massive display for the pellets that was completely empty.Fertilizer for your yard? Good luck…

With all the new homes being built this store could be a gold mine.

Customers are tired of empty shelves. Staff are immensely helpful and friendly, and your selection of fasteners is 2nd to none however the lack of stock is frankly embarrassing. The last 3 visits I've made I've left without spending money; most recently tried to buy 2 gallons of Ben Moore paint at 80 bucks a gallon...if you don't stock at least a couple of gallons of base for mixing any color thats pretty bad. By running down inventory you're driving your local customer base elsewhere. Owners of this place need to give serious consideration to their strategy.
