I LOVE this company! I especially LOVE Cameron our Engineer. When I tell you I was skeptical, I absolutely was. I knew I wanted solar, but I honestly thought the program was a scam. Be careful, some companies do not have your best interest. Cameron with NIVO explained everything and answered every question. He told me he would be with me throughout the entire process, and he's still with me, making sure I'm happy. These panels look really awesome on my house, and the power box is really nice too. These guys know what they're doing! Let me throw in the fact that I won't have a crazy high electric bill anymore! Just sit down and give Cameron some of your time, I promise you, he will do what he can to help your family, just as he did mine. Thank you Cameron and all of you with Nivo that helped make my pocket book heavier!🧡😊

So far, the overall experience has been fantastic. Cameron has been great. He answered all our questions, is knowledgeable, respectful, And kind. He made us feel comfortable through the process, kept us informed on everything, and was happy to help us in any way. The solar panels are beautiful. They're sleek and look great on our roof. The installation was smooth with zero issues, and the installation team were all friendly and professional taking good care of our home. I love that Nivo Solar offers financing and reasonable monthly payments that are lower than most power bills.

Please accept these comments with love as my wife and I feel like we have been adopted into a family, that's just the way the Nivo Team makes you feel! PJ Bachman has an assembled team that would be welcomed anywhere and without waiver. The product knowledge that we experienced from Rachel was far more pertinent than any we ever received from ANY OTHER vendor that made their way to my front door. Understand that we don't care for any type of door to door salesman type activity and we were hesitant to even open our door, especially when we have no soliciting signage posted. I explained to Rachel that we werent interested in solar and with a surgeons touch she had explained that our home was selected to be a show home and that it wouldn't cost for any installation. The benefits of solar especially in the present will be far less expensive to get started. Never did we feel pressured or badgered and with time to do a little research we came to the realization of the benefits of solar.
In closing, from the first doorbell ring from Rachel to the installers that showed up on time with the energy to complete the install, along with adverse winds. Towards the end other Nivo team members came to this location to welcome us to the family of solar. Aside from the personal touch, just the entire experience was a well choreographed operation and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. We'll done PJ and I would recommend your services to anyone!

Our salesman Cameron Kimberly was great!!! He was so helpful throughout the whole entire process & answered all of our questions. We still reach out to him for help & he’s also super quick to respond. The reason for my lower rating is because of how long the overall process was. We started in April & didn’t finish everything until sometime in August due to multiple failed inspections & other issues that came up during the install. We had to pay on our solar panel loan on top of the ongoing electric bill because the install took so long. Everyone was nice & helpful but it was just frustrating there were so many issues with the inspections that dragged the process out much longer than expected.

We purchased our solar system nearly a year ago based on a recommendation from a friend. Initially, our salesperson, Daniel, was fantastic throughout the process, including the installation. However, when we made our initial agreement, we specifically requested that no panels be installed on the front of our house. On the day of installation, guess where they started? That’s right—the front of the house. They did handle roof repairs after relocating the panels, but our issues only began once the installation was complete.

The inspections were quite frustrating, involving both the utility company and our city inspector. Our salesman assured us that the inspectors would reach out to schedule a visit. After three weeks of no contact from either the city or the utility company, I called Daniel to inquire about the delay, and he shifted the blame to the inspectors. This company really avoids taking responsibility for problems. When I contacted the utility company, they were unaware of any issues. Eventually, I spoke to the project manager—who I think I had only talked to once throughout the whole project—and he finally contacted the utility company. I had a similar experience with the city. I initially gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking "stuff happens."

I even recommended them to my neighbor, who ended up getting a system that was operational within a week. While chatting with him, I learned he could monitor his energy consumption via the Enphase app, which made me curious as to why I couldn’t do the same. I reached out to my salesperson, who told me I should have the same access, including a consumption monitor, which I wasn’t even aware existed. He suggested I contact Enphase, the monitoring company. They guided me through some steps and confirmed that a monitor was either not installed or not activated.

I then contacted Nivo (customer care) to clarify the situation. After four days without a response, I followed up, only to find out that the monitor was not part of my original order and that I would need to purchase one. I reminded them that my salesperson had indicated I should have one, and it would have been helpful to know this during financing so it could have been included. They said they could provide a quote.

Disappointed, I agreed to receive the quote, which took a week to arrive—$450 for the monitor. I know they probably pay around $100 for it. As someone in sales myself, I always strive to resolve issues by either giving customers what they want at no charge or, at the very least, at cost. Unfortunately, this company does not share that mindset. I will not be recommending them to anyone in the future and will seek another source for my consumption monitor. Oh and when I told my sales person what cares response was, they never responded.

It took a while to get it going. The system had a failed inspection once, but now that it’s up and running I’m pretty satisfied. Even the inspector said Nivo is one of the better solar companies. Our salesman Paul seemed like a good dude and the way he explained everything made sense to me. 👍
