The Sales Rep Linda was very knowledgeable and helpful during the entire process, and has been available to address any concerns I have had since the installation was complete. New reviews 2 years is not good reviews. Person in Victorville ca office is not doing her job. I had solar installed and now can't them to come out to do repair work. Called them on May 25 ,again the following week. My wife called the next week. Finally got a appointment for 19 June. 2 hrs after appointment time get a text stating appointment can't be made. Only person to talk to. Makes it seem she is in charge and will not give a phone number other than hers. I don't recommend to anyone until someone else is in charge. She will not return phone calls!!

Overall, had a great experience with Nippon Energy working with Shawn. From the beginning/design phase all the way until solar was live, there was constant communication, customer first attitude, along with honest and fair prices. Fantastic company to work with and would absolutely recommend them.

Shawn and his crew are outstanding! My house is now running fully on Solar now. It looks great and my meter runs backwards even in low light. The crew went above and beyond the install, fixing things on my house along the way to make sure my house was running efficiently as possible. I can’t thank those guys enough for the service and details they went into completing the project. I highly recommend talking to Shawn if you are interested in going solar.

Our solar was just currently started this week. We like to be on site while projects are being done. However we were not able to do that. Shawn Promised that he would over see this project thru and he did. He kept in contact with us and the workers. Due to the rain restrictions it took them a little longer then normal. I think they were more upset then we were. The guys were on time and cleaned up the work site every day. When we had little issues come up like our thermostat was not getting power, they looked for the problem and had it fixed same day. Shawn made a special trip to the house to answer any questions we had and to make sure we were satisfied with the job. We would recommend Shawn and the Nippon team for all of your energy needs.

My wife and I were contemplating about getting solar panels for our new home. After taking the time in looking for a solar company we were still unsure. A good friend of mine recommended Nippon Energy and he told me the person to talk to was Shawn Munden. I spoke to Shawn over the phone and we set up a date to meet in person. Shawn, my wife, and myself met and we all discussed the best option and route for our home.

As you get older, you don't have time for B.S. You want to get straight to the point. That's exactly the experience we had with Shawn. We sat down, discussed the numbers with no fluff, and there was no sales pitch. Perfect for me. There was no pressure during the meet. I slept and prayed about the decision. The following day my wife and I talked it over once more and I then called Shawn and told him our decision.

My wife and I our happy with the decision we took. There were some issues that did occur doing the install. Nothing that can not get fixed or remedied and Shawn was on it.

If you want zero B.S. and are looking to do business with no fluff, zero pressure from a salesman, Shawn is the man you want to speak to. He will listen to your concerns about a project as big as solar panels. He will tell you if solar will benefit you, if it won't, or if you can not go wrong either by getting them or not.

Keep up the good work Shawn and everyone else in Nippon energy. I'm sure God will bless all of you because you know how to do business and because you take care of your customer.

Shawn was my point of contact and the person that came out for the initial consultation. He has great communication and answered all my questions after explaining what will be done and how it would happen. All of the people that worked at my house curteous and knowledgeable about what they were doing. Materials arrived on time and the installation was quick and complete. The finished product was as described but more importantly professional in appearance and quality.
