I really like Fireside and have never had any problems with them. They've always been courteous, friendly and helpful when I've called.

I especially like the fact that they will match any other company's rate, including their own, even in the middle of the current contract. Yes, they do charge a $30 change fee for it, but that's a lot better than the $100-150 you would otherwise pay.

I like Fireside so much I've recommended them to my friends and they are quite happy as well.

I have been a fireside customer since 2008 and I have been very happy with their service. The customer service representatives are very pleasant, friendly and easy to work with. Their customer service fee is very reasonable compared to other vendors and they offer it for free to existing customers as well if they happen to run it as a promotion for new customers. The few times i have called to get Fireside to match a competitor's rate, it was taken care of promptly and I never had to call back to process my request.

Will definitely recommend that Fireside is probably one of the few companies you will probably keep and use for a long time coming.

FireSide is an excellent company! Have had them for over a year now and no issues at all. They have competitive rates. I talked to one of my local gas appliance stores and told him my rate and was told that it was a great rate. They have online payments so it makes it easy for me to be able to pay anytime that it's convenient for me. Great company to do business with!

I have been a customer of Fireside Natural Gas since November 2011. There are several things I really like about this company.
1. Whenever I call (which is not very often) the wait time is a couple of minutes the most, the representative has always been very nice, and I always felt my requests were taken care of efficiently.
2. Their rates are usually always better than the competition but if they are not, they have matched the lowest comparable rate I could find at that time. That has always made me feel confident that I am getting the best value for my money.
3. Their Customer Service Fee is $5.95 per month but if you go with paperless billing, you'll save $1.00 per month and with automatic bill pay, you'll save an additional $1.00 per month. Therefore, reducing the Customer Service Fee to $3.95 per month. I love the savings.
It has been a pleasure doing business with Fireside Gas and I am a very happy, satisfied customer.

We love Fireside Gas. We have used them for several years and love the customer service that they provide.

When I received a new credit card from my bank with a different expiration date, I forgot to call them to add it to our autopay. They called be directly to get it updated. It wasn’t just an email or disconnected, but a real person called me! Just one example of their fabulous customer service!

Never any issues. It was easy to change to Fireside as my gas provider and it's super easy to renew at an excellent rate when the time comes. They are always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable when I had the need to call. Which was rarely. I find their rates to be consistently competitive. I feel valued as a continued customer.

No problems with Fireside. Prices are transparent & 6/12 month fixed rates seem to reasonable compared to other providers.
I do wish they had a better online portal for account management, but I've never had problems getting in touch with customer service over the phone.

I have used Fireside services for several years, and I have not had any single negative experience. They have always offered competitive rates, and had one of the best customer services I've experienced in years. I worked with Ken recently, but other folks have been just as helpful. I am moving to a regulated area, and I have already been told that I will have to pay deposits, fax paperwork and get a less competitive rate, which is a big step back. I can only hope that one day I will be given the choice to use Fireside services again.

LE : I have used their auto-drafted pay system, and it worked like a charm. If it suits your needs, I recommend using it.
