Overall the company’s fine and service techs are great. They do seem to be exuberantly high on pricing but the monthly subscription plan is great so far as long as you schedule your appointment at least 1-2 months in advance. Shon did a great job assessing the plumbing throughout the house and we were happy with the service.

Had very bad experience with this company. A desperate call for tech to assist in fixing heater. Technician left without reaching out customer to inform what is needed for the repair. When customer called the office a dispatch person located the technician who came to the house and inform customer that he will come back nwtween 3-6 PM. Customer waited and did 2 phone calls to local office to verify why the tech didn’t finish the job. This tech left a message to his office that he was calling customer between 3-6!PM and never called. What a disgusting representative of NexGen company.
The call to schedule the service was supposedly 3/14/25 office days confirmed a schedule for 4-6 PM and later cancelled for 3/15/25 between 8-11 AM. Nothing was done to fix the problem. Have the customer knew they can’t fix it customer could have called another company . Very unprofessional disgusting service provided.

Made an appointment with Home Depot to have an inspection done on my water heater and air-conditioning unit/furnace. Had a couple issues with a couple repairs. Cesar and Nathan were very professional, and very knowledgeable. Explained everything to me and also googled each part that needed to be replaced, why it needed to be replaced and how often. Very satisfied with each technician and the company. I would definitely recommend.

I am so sorry to have this rating. But I have no other choice. I googled, found your company and called to have an estimate and if possible to fix my backyard drainage system that was clogged. The lady said she will sent someone for it. she did not give me any estimate. When The guy came, he told me that it needs hydro jetter, and he is just the technician.!! He gave me a $1350 estimate!!! I was shocked and refused to accept it. Then he wanted to charge me $80 for his being there and gave me the estimate. I told him that nobody told me about the fee but, he insisted that the lady I talk to earlier by phone informed me about it. I asked him if they have the record of our conversation, let me to hear it but he was just wasting the time and finally when I directly called the company and asked for a supervisor, he came back with his phone and asked me to talk to his supervisor. The supervisor told me that he is going to waive the $80 and then the technician left. It was very frustration and unprofessional. I got another company that did the job only with $350. Please be clear and fair with your customer.

Cesar and Johnny are some of the most professional people I’ve met. They identified the issues with my water system and my water heater, providing great advice and a clear path forward with an affordable solution. We ended up opting for the tankless water heater and upgrading/protecting our pipes with the water filter/softener system with the kitchen sink RO filter. They were a pleasure to speak to and did not pressure me to make a decision or try to upsell anything.

0 stars. Completely unprofessional from the beginning. The alleged field supervisor, Haidee, wouldn’t speak to my fiance regarding a new install and complained that she was on her way home when she got the call to come to our house. She had an attitude and seemed more interested in getting home than handling her job. She also said she didn’t receive any communication from her dispatcher even though in the same breath she stated she was on her way home when she got the call.

The second tech, Scott, spent more time calling me and asking me about previous contractors quotes and then hard pulled my credit TWICE after lying and saying it was a soft pull. He refused to quote us until he checked our financing options and even after checking would not release the estimate. VERY unprofessional and we will NOT be using them. They also tried to lie to us about our duct work even though FOUR other contractors said our ducts were fine. He spoke over me several times and repeated tried to get me to produce quotes from previous contractors before working on his own estimate.

Ronaldo showed up on time and on a Sunday, very experienced technician who explains everything he’s doing to troubleshoot the problem. Within 30 minutes he had the heating system running with replacement parts he holds in his truck. Very pleasant and professional technician. I would recommend over and over again.

Had my heater go out and called NexGen for assistance and was absolutely thrilled with their response. Their technician was able to fix the problem after a complete explanation of what he thought it could be. I will certainly use them again if the need arises.
