Lost power on a day with no wind and no weather. Not the first time this has happened either. Sort of makes you question what "service" you're paying for since it only works sporadically. Seems to only happen on Christian Dr too

Recently moved here. Georgia Power Company offers a flat bill option and 3 tiers of price when using electricity at different time throughout the day. (Charge your EV overnight, etc) The absurd prices AND lack of options makes Newnan Utilities simply not worth it. If another company begins offering even decent service here Newnan Utilities would be out of business immediately. Update your options, website and remove frivolous fees and perhaps people would be more accepting of your service. Honestly hoping another company moves in soon.

The due date fluctuates each month. One month on the 1st the next on the 7th so be careful or you get charged a late fee.

The previous monthly usage graph on the statement are still broke. How can I use less electrify than last month but be charged more? Please don't rely on the graphs on the statement. How about fix some of these issues.

There are 3 surcharges to your electric , water and sewage bill. The surcharges can be higher than the actual utilities. I will give you an example: For my electric bill I owed $100 for consumption, $5 for Power adjustment and $9.84 for GA sales tax. I owed $5 water consumption but there is an additional base charge of $14.50(so base charge higher than my consumption of water), and the same example is like this for sewage. People tell me the best thing is to live outside of Newnan and not have to pay the subsidies.

Awesome electric utility company in the City of Newnan, GA. There is plenty of free and handicap parking. The building is in the most excellent state. The office is clean and well organized. The employees are friendly and very helpful with customers request and has expediant customer service. I found that the employees had a great knowledge about how to reduce your electric bill with real simple home hacks to better make your household more electric efficient. Awesomeness in Utility company.

Belinda and Whitney (I think/spelling?) were extremely helpful and so kind today as there was a misunderstanding about a tenant at my home. They were so responsive, friendly and resolved my problem within an hour. Thank goodness as my family and puppies did not have to go without air conditioning or water as they cleared up the issue. Thank you for great service for the 4 years I have lived here!

I am in a small 3 bdrm townhouse and the water is equally as high as my old 3400 sq ft house. This should not be the case when its only myself and my 21 year old daughter who both work full time so water usage is minimal. Also, the website to pay or do anything is pathetic and awful! I have been trying to pay my bill for 45 min off and on this morning and once again its taking forever! And no its not my wifi because its literally fine for every other site including GA Power and ATT. This website is awful and looks like something from the 1990's. If I had other options for water I would definitely change and it seems they're definitely aware that most of us don't have other options therefore don't care about much.

This is the saddest thing I every seen . Tell me why one of the workers called the police to end a baby birthday party at 7:35. The party was over but her mom was cleaning up this is just sad on the park . They never said anything to everyone else walking around the park.I will never have anything at this park.
