7/10/24 : I called NJNG to report a leak. They were here in less than 15 minutes, and the tech Scott had the leak diagnosed, and repaired in less than an hour. Both he and the dispatcher were perfect. Please keep up the fine work!!

Can I give a negative rating We sold our house and NJNG sent us a bill for the remaining balance of the service contract. The bill was for $587!!! They never told us the balance was due when we cancelled service and now the people who bought our house now have a service contract courtesy of us!!! Bad business behavior where a company doesn't tell you this when you signup, and then tells you to read the contract when you try to get an answer as to why! This is really a scam and and they prey on customers by hiding the terms of the contract!
