I can tell you all these negative reviews are from competitors. Nelson’s Pressure washing goes above and beyond when cleaning your home. Not only did everything look brand new when he finished the driveway and deck but he went out of his way to tidy up and leave it looking Curb Ready appeal !!! I would hire TJ again and again not only for his trust worthiness around my home but his cheerfulness of attitude to do the best job for you! If these folks had had real concerns about the job done TJ would have made it right in triplicate. He is a lifelong resident of Faulkner county and I have personally known him for 10!!

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Nelson Pressure Washing. Despite their claims of being "professional" and "high-quality", they failed to deliver on even the most basic aspects of their job. The technician showed up late, didn't properly clean my deck, and left a mess behind. To make matters worse, their customer service is non-existent - I've been trying to get in touch with them for weeks to resolve the issue, but no one has bothered to respond. Overall, I would not recommend Nelson Pressure Washing to anyone.

I recently hired Nelson Pressure Washing to power wash my entire house in Greenbrier for $200. I was skeptical about the low price, but I thought it was worth a shot.

Unfortunately, the service did not live up to my expectations. The technician showed up on time, but that’s where the good news ended. The work itself was subpar at best. My siding looked dirty and streaked after they were done, and there were still stubborn stains left behind. I had to clean some areas myself because their equipment just wasn’t up to the task.

I know what you’re thinking - “you get what you pay for.” And in this case, that’s true. If you’re looking for a cheap pressure washing service, Nelson might be okay. But if you want actual results and decent workmanship, keep looking.
