Got this switch after having several power outages due to Wind. Got the 6 circuit system and had it professionally installed. Upon install, the electrician notified me that only 3 of the 6 circuits would work and that it must be a defect from the factory.
In the photos you can see that nothing from the generator input is connected to the second bus bar. Leaving exactly 1/2 the circuits useless/dead/off during an outage.
I contacted support which took several days to respond. My electrician recommended that they provide the part that connects the bus to the generator line and he would install quickly.
The support came back 4 weeks after initial contact and photos provided to tell me they would send someone to pick up the unit, and I needed to have it uninstalled.
This was unacceptable as electricians these days are not cheap and to undo work that was already done is laughable.
Service was unwilling to make the defect right and told me to contact Amazon to return the product.

This $300 switch will now cost me $400 (install and removal) to send back to Amazon.
This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, the solution was clear, could have been resolved quickly but has now become a costly mistake all due to their faulty manufacturing and assembly.

I received a call from a Senior official at the company, he read my review and wanted to right any wrongs. He drew up an order to correct the issue so I didn’t have to hire someone to remove it and just need someone to install it, thankfully my electrician said he would be able to install once they sent.
I’m in manufacturing, and I’ve dealt with the customer. In this scenario, it was very clear product had a defect in manufacturing, and the QC is lacking. He expressed his dissatisfaction with the speed to resolution and wanted another opportunity to earn my business. I understand mistakes are made, and I appreciate the resolution, just wish it was more timely from the point of submission of the issue.
Review from 1 star to 4 because improvement still needs to be made to be world class.

I only took one star for myself. The company is very smart and the only issue I had was that FEDx dropped it off at the wrong location but nothing was done y FEDX and naturally nature generator couldn't pay for Fedx's mistake so it took additional facts that finally came out and FEDX paid. I had a new replacement within three days.

Howell was extremely helpful in taking care of a broken wind turbine blade warranty replacement and the missing solar panel stands and wheel kits. I was very pleased with the service he rendered.

I highly recommend Natures Generator! Our Solar Panels came with box and metal frame damage from shipping; and within minutes of Natures Generator’s staff receivng our photos, Howell (a manager) personally phoned us! He listened well, showed great concern; and had new solar panels shipped out to us the same day! Great Service❗️

The customer service is excellent. We had a solar panel arrive with a shattered glass and the wheel and frame kits never made it I am positive due to shipping. When I contacted Customer Service, they wasted no time making sure that I received a replacement panel and the frame and wheel kits. I have been very pleased with the quality and performance of the system as a whole.

I bought two sets of thier battery backup devices and they've been reliable and easy to use. The customer service is top notch! Even though my batteries are probably out of their warranty period, they didn't hesitate to walk me through a surprising solution that brought the unit back to life. Highly recommended!

Not Trustworthy POOR ON RETURNS 👎 Customer Service at the Oxnard CA, location. They tried to resist my refund within 30 days. Filed a claim just to get refunded.😐I Ordered a Nature's Generator's Transfer Switch by accident Online. I returned it by mail, call to check on the status of a refund, left several messages, and NEVER received a call back as promised by the customer service representative. Had to file a claim online in order to get a refund for the return.

I ordered a Flush Mount and my electrician said I don't need it. So, I contacted Nature's Gold to cancel my order (which was in the delivery stage). Louis was very helpful and responsive to my needs and I received my refund (less 3% fees) just this morning. Very quick and easy. I look forward to getting my system up and ready to run. I bought the Elite 3600W, a Power Pod (based upon some reviews), and the Transfer Kit. I already have solar. I am grateful to have the option to use a Battery operated system as I have already lived thru the devastation of a house fire. I won't have gas or propane on the property. Hopefully, I'll never need to use the Elite, but I now live in NE TX sooooo ya'know what that means.
