Very upset with the storage management. I've been waiting 2 months to get a light bulb in unit and still have not heard back. But they are fast to charge me late fees for not paying my unit on time. Management hasn't even reached out to my complain 😒

The units are clean and the rates aren’t horrible, but the parking/access here is NONEXISTENT. They’ve sold everything but the kitchen sink so you’ll struggle to even maneuver a mid sized pickup in here a lot of the time. Why they have such limited access and maneuverability is beyond me when all they had to do was not long term park 3 cars right in their main entrance…. Anything for a dime I guess. The units are also partly just drywall and have plastic sheeting roofs over wire panels, so security isn’t the greatest. The access hours are also limited, which is pretty inconvenient at times. And some of the staff there are also mask nazis, despite the “building” literally being nothing more than a large open carport with cubes built inside it. All in all, I’ll definitely look elsewhere for my future storage needs.

This is by far the best storage place I've been to. Nancy was great!! Excellent customer service. The unit I received had more space than I expected and loading it up with my items was easy and convenient!! Highly recommend this place if you need to store something.

I just wanted to give a BIG THANK YOU to Frank, Patty, and Rachel for there exceptional Customer Service! I first called the storage and spoke with Frank. He was very knowledgeable about the storage policies and procedures. The same day I came in, Rachel then showed me the units to compare and contrast, she was also very knowledgeable about the policies and procedures of the storage. Then then next day was my encounter with Patty. She also is very knowledgeable about the storage policies and procedures. They were all very friendly as well as professional and took care of any questions, comments, and concerns that I addressed. It's nice to be brand new to an establishment where everyone know what's going on. It make a first timer like me really feel at ease! Thanks again you three, until we meet again!!!
