I’m a guy, of course I love Nate’s. I use Stihl Echo Husqvarna and Milwaukee equipment, Nate’s has me covered. My wife prefers battery to 2cycle, Nates has her covered too. And they service what they sell. Recently my father in law had a husky battery blower that quit working, the store he bought it from did not do repairs. I took it to Nate’s and they fixed it. Dad’s happy and blowing the leaves off his patio again. Major brands, service what they sell and a sales staff that understands “I need a speedfeed 500 and 2 spare bump heads for my Echo 410X trimmer. That’s Nate’s.

Nate’s was a pleasure to deal with while they had my generator in for repairs. They went above and beyond for me by going to the manufacturer to get the parts and make sure they were covered, free to me. Every person that I dealt with was so knowledgeable and nice to work with through the process.

Last season I had my lawn mower serviced and blade sharpened. Total cost was $153. This spring when looking under the mower for a clean-up prior to mowing I discovered that some dimwit that works there had installed the blade UPSIDE DOWN! How hard is it to know which way to put the blade on?!

I had a great experience with my equipment being serviced at Nates, not only did the fix both pieces of equipment correctly, and on time, but at a fair and reasonable price. Would I go back? Absolutely yes, great customer service, Especially little Nate, what a great kid.

Well, when I arrived at the shop I wasn't happy because my 2 chainsaws had been there for 17days. I had called earlier and the girl said that she was busy and would call back in 5 minutes. I waited for an hour, then decided that I would go to the shop and pick up the saws finished or not. At the shop, I was greeted by a very nice young man who told me that the saws were finished. The work was done well and the price was fair. So despite the communication issue I will use Nates again.
