Bad customer service at the counter dealing with the only one person who custom makes paint if you bring in your sample.
I called prior to coming in and was not giving any specifications on what I needed to bring in to get a color match.
Employee was not helpful in any way, he did not even try to put my sample to color match. He said that my sample needed to be a flat object like a hood of a car.
I told him no one told me to bring in a hood or gave me instructions of what I needed when I called and asked about the color match.
He said he doesn’t match cup colors only cars. I said it’s paint and I want this color regardless and was told to come here.
He was rude and insisted on not helping me.
Never will go there again!!!

This will always be my number one place to go. They almost always have the parts in stock that I need and they’re always the best on price. Dylan and Ashley also honestly make that store so enjoyable to visit and call. They go above, beyond, and further for their customers and it’s refreshing to see an establishment that actually cares about people. Undeniably the best parts store in the tri-city area.

Helpful and Knowledge ! A employee, an older gentleman with a ponytail was kind enough to install windshield wipers for me. I offered to tip him but he said no, just pass the good deed forward. Bless Him and Your Business! I will make a Christmas donation for him.

I usually go here for parts that are specific to my vehicles because I trust them for researching the part and finding the right one. I bought a car battery years ago from them and it failed a little after three years. I brought it back to get a new battery. They said the warranty expired, but they kindly prorated the life expectancy of the battery and I was able to get a new one at half cost. Thanks NAPA.

I go to this particular NAPA because they are one of the few shops that carry Amsoil products. For that reason alone I will go there for many other items that I need. I drive from Sedona to Prescott couple times a month to its no bit deal to stop and freshen up my supplies. The guys here are very helpful and if not in stock they will get it for me quickly.
