I called to see if they had some batteries that I needed for a customers car that was leaving ASAP they confirmed that they had them I drove from Wickenburg about an hour to pick them up and the guy did not want get them from the back he said he didn’t have anybody to help him so not only do I have a pissed off customer I drove and wasted about an hour there an hour back his name was jon cain who was at the counter i will never buying from Napa again

Picked up a flat head screwdriver there antonio at the counter cleaned it for me and showed me multiple uses for it . Best customer service ever
