Had a pipe burst and was referred to this company for water mitigation unfortunately. Immediately asked for my insurance deductible to begin work which was really odd. Came in to begin demolishing water damaged areas, came back and told us it would cost over 24k total to finish the job. More than double what the insurance company estimated. As soon as we said we would not continue, everything changed. Left an eyesore mound of trash on the side of our home for over 3 weeks ( that ended up rotting, smelling horrible, and ruined the grass) would not return calls for detailed breakdown of what they charged for the work they did, took the insurance money and ran. That's insurance fraud, to overcharge and expect insurance to handle. Will not return our deductible as we will be out another deductible with a different company to put back out home the way it was. Took almost $10k and the amount of work they did, does not even come close to what they were paid! Our home should be at least put back in order for that rate. Other companies could finish an entire basement for what they are charging. BEWARE OF HIRING THIS COMPANY!!

The proposal process for mold remediation and prevention was thorough and professional. After the first round of services and applications, the musty smell was not eliminated. Tim and team were very focused on fixing the problem, which apparently is not unusual, and worked diligently to set up another round of activity, which was successful. I appreciate their willingness to stick with the project until the desired results are achieved.

Hired Nano to do mold remediation and humidity control for a mountain vacation home. Tim was with us throughout the entire process; from walkthrough and estimate to completion and sign off.
