I normally really like this place! They’re usually the cheapest in that area! But today was picking up some smokes for a gf and the lady wanted to ID every single person in line (you could clearly tell everyone was well over the age limit to buy smokes but ok. I went back to my car to get my ID to comply. I showed her my military ID. And she seemed confused. So I flipped the card over and explained the DOB is on the back and showed her. She said I gotta scan it. I tried to explain that it would most likely would not work because it’s not a state issued ID. She said well I have to verify the photo, DOB and expiration. I said ok and explained again while pointing out the info on the ID here is where the photo is, I flipped it over and said here is the DOB and went to point where the expiration date she flipped out saying I am just not going to sell them to you while yanking the smokes off the counter and quickly turned around. None of that was at all necessary!

Was filling up my car before going into work. Say the guy coming in to open the shop, and he had an Umbrella Corp decal on his car. It made me smile. I wanted to try to buy something to give me an excuse to let him know his car decal was appreciated, but the actual human*service wasn't open yet. My shift starts at 4 so I couldn't wait around, but I want that dude to know, fellow early-AM person, I see you and appreciate you. Thank you for being there to brighten someone's day. 🙂

I tried to get gas and the worker stuck her head out of the door and shouted “I’m out of gas” in a tone that sounded like I should’ve somehow already known this information. There were no bags on any of the pumps, no cones set out, and the pump took $100 off of my debit card as a prepay for the gas which I still have not been credited back.

I paid for $17.00 of gas at the window but while I was putting my card and receipt away the pump wouldn’t pump my gas. I moved to the pump on the other side thinking maybe the clerk set the other one. It wouldn’t pump either. I went back to the window and the cashier said that if you don’t pum within 3 minutes, it reverts the money back to your card. It’s been well over 24 hours and the money has not shown back to my card. I’m 68 years old with major health issues and low income. I could have well done without my experience with Murphy USA.

This is by far the easiest gas station to get in and out of in Scott County. The parking lot is big enough and free of huge potholes and other obstacles that make it difficult if you drive a small passenger car. Employees are always helpful and friendly. Good prices on gas plus an easy to use app/rewards program to save you money.

Stopped in today to fill up. Walked to pay for my gas before pumping and there is no cashier. There's a line of customers and no cashier. I was there waiting for several minutes and still no one..

After a problem with using my debit card at the pumps there was a $75 hold put on my account I spoke with Britney in customer service & she went above & beyond tring to be helpful & get the issue resolved. She is defiantly the best customer service representive i have ever dealt with! If i was rating her on a 5 star scale i would want to give her a 6! She took time to explain the issue then helped me in taking those steps to get my problem resolved. I never expected to receive that much assistance dealing with my problem which turned out to be with my financial institution. If she were the standard by which all customer service representives were measured by nobody would ever be able to measure up! Thank you Britney for all of your help! You turned a disgruntled customer who would never patronise Murphy's again to a dedicated life long customer.

Good prices and has several pumps. If you need service from the employee at the window they were polite and quick. I recommend.
