My wife and I woke up very this morning to a leak coming from our entry ceiling as it was pouring rain. I called our builder to document the problem and they were quick to respond and also quick to deflect the blame to the installer of our additional solar panels. I called MSI to inform them of this and Dave and his team responded to our home almost immediately. Dave discreetly informed me that the roof damage was not from the addition of the extra solar panels installed. However, he and his team stepped up in our time of need and took the time and effort to repair the problem. It goes without saying when we made the decision to install extra solar panels on our home MSI Solar was the correct choice. They have been there to answer any and all of our questions and today put forth the extra effort that is not often seen. MSI should be the choice for solar needs and service. I couldn't be more pleased with our solar purchase with MSI. Dave Mitchell (owner), John (foreman) and the rest of their team were so awesome and professional. Dave sat down with me, took great care to understand our historical energy consumption and future energy needs, and then gave us options for different solar configurations. I also got quotes from Sunrun and Bland, but wasn't impressed.
Our roof is super chopped up (lots of small planes) and a two story, so I thought it would be a challenge for their installation team, but they knocked out the installation really fast and it looks fantastic. I purchased my system using a HELOC for financing. This was a game changer for us financially. We have an older 4,150 square foot home in Haggin Oaks, so we consume a LOT of energy, and I'm now proud to say (after more than a year since it was installed) that we have an average monthly electric bill of $0! Zip! Zilch! Zero! Couldn't be happier. Thanks MSI!!!

I got solar from that company, Really bad experience with sale person David and they try to fix errors from 2 months and now there show error again , I try to send him msg , never got help on time , I am requesting people don’t trust that solar company, really cheap and bad service, they promise me I never going get PGE bill , but I am getting PGE bill more then $450 and when I talk to them they say you need more solar panels, company employees make that solar panel program, now he want $17000 more money , really bad experience with this company and sale person, I am sending him msg and he never fix problem on time , last time I am wait 3 weeks to fix problem, i told them if your solar system not work take off that all solar and refund my money, because they promised they going refund, now after 3 month he say we are unable to refund your money , company never refund money back ,

Placed a nice high definition security system at my residence. Dave got the job done in a timely manner and he provided a great product for the right price. Very happy with the install and all my friends always ask who installed it. Would highly recommend for any security camera needs!!
