I was misled and deceived into signing a $50,000 solar panel contract. The promises made by the salesman, Isaac David Zahir, were completely false. He blatantly lied to me on two separate occasions when I asked him the same question in different ways: "If there's an outage, will I still have electricity?" He confidently said yes. When I asked, "If there's a hurricane, will I have power?" he again assured me that I would. Both my husband and I trusted him, and because we’re not experts, we didn’t think to ask about a battery. It never even crossed our minds because he assured us the system was sufficient and that we wouldn’t lose power. The salesman even falsely claimed we would receive a 30% rebate, which turned out to be a 30% tax credit. His dishonesty has been an issue since signing the contract.

We were on a recorded call with the company, speaking to the manager, Linet, who also admitted that the salesman had lied / or "made a mistake" about the financing terms. She offered me $750 to compensate for his mistake, which I refused. Later, I received an email from someone named Michelle Lang, attempting to cover up the salesperson’s wrongdoing and shift the blame onto me. She even Blind CCed two company execs when sending me an email so that I could not communicate with them. I saw this on an upload she made when replying to the Better Business Bureau for the complaint I filed.

As a school teacher trying to find ways to save, I am now stuck paying for financing that costs more than what I was already paying to FPL. This entire experience has been a nightmare. Beware of this scam and avoid them at all costs!

Seeking LEGAL council. Please do NOT use this company. It will not be worth any reward.
