I'd like to thank Mr. Tyler Snoozy, my electrician who came out to do my inspection, panel upgrade, and ethernet installation throughout my home. This guy did a FANTASTIC job, and did it by himself! He (and Mr. Electric) were communicative about any delays, for which there was only one and that's because power was knocked out for several people and Tyler was on the case! He understood what I was looking for, asked questions if he needed to, was incredibly friendly, worked hard, and didn't break anything in the process! I'd like him to know that I greatly appreciate the work he's done in my home, it looks, it works well, and is very professional looking! Good job Tyler Snoozy, you are THE MAN!

I was putting up shelves in my garage and nicked the wire that feeds my dryer. It killed power to the whole house. I called around 2-3 companies before I found Mr. Electric, they were the only company to answer my call on a Saturday morning. The electrician that came out was named Cameron, he was very professional and a genuine guy! He communicated very well on what he was going to do and got it done in a timely manner, my wife and I were very impressed with this company and are very pleased with how fast they showed up, how well the communicated with me, and how quick they got the job done! Cameron Carney was really helpful as to explaining everything as to understanding it and what was need done know or as to a later time. As to making sure I was comfortable knowing as to when I could do it financially instead of pushing me to do it when I know I can't. That the kind of person I like to deal with and he's been like that at other times to as to when he has done service. Plus I didn't feel like it was rushed either that's other good thing in service. I have gotten good service from him before. I enjoy him as a service guy coming out. He dose a great job.

We had a breaker that kept tripping, so we called Mr. Electric and they sent Cameron out to troubleshoot. He was able to quickly isolate the issue to an arc that occurred in one of our outlets. Cameron was great and got us squared away quickly. In a world where good customer service is increasingly harder and harder to find, this was a great experience. Highly recommended!
