About 4 or 5 years we had a serious rodent infestation in the attic of our old house. Mr. Attic did a great job of removing all the funky old insulation (probably 40-50 years old and full of rodent debris) and cleaning everything up. Then they were very thorough in finding every nook and cranny that rodents could get in - from eaves to crawlspaces and cracks in between. After they were certain they had excluded the rodents, they installed new insulation. It's been a wonderful 4+ years, but recently something managed to get back under the house, so we called Mr. Attic again. They came out and did another thorough and professional job. They always show up on time and do a great job. I highly recommend them for dealing with your rodents and funky attic spaces!

We had a rat infestation in our attic and crawl space. They replaced our attic & crawl space insulation, rodent proofed our house, fixed two plumbing leaks and replaced three air ducts in our tight crawl space.
They also sent us photos and videos of the work and came back twice for follow ups. Highly recommended.

The cleaning, sanitation, insulation, and rodent proofing of the attic and crawl space were all completed within the proposed timeframe. Sean and Rachel managed the project exceptionally well. They communicated every step of the way, providing us with updates and responding promptly to our questions and concerns. I wish I could give more stars but no project was done on my end because we never received any estimate. They came to our house to do an estimate and I mentioned what I wanted to get done. I was excited because they provided us 3 options and the pros and cons of each approach. They seem very knowledgeable. I asked to get a quote for each so It could also help me make a decision. A week passed and I followed up regarding the estimate, they told me it would be ready the next day. Two months have passed but I never ever heard from them. I really wanted to work with them but I was dropped without any word.

I recently had to replace all the insulation in my attic .
Ethan and his crew were awesome. They kept in touch regarding timing, they were flexible with my schedule, and all around did an excellent job. And the best part is their prices were very reasonable.

Josh come to inspect our attic and crawl space.
He was polite, on time and thorough.
He was honest in his evaluation of my attic and crawl space saying the insulation was in a good condition and no tretment is needed.
I'm so happy there are still old honest companys like that.
