Excellent customer service! My Luci light had some troubles, and after submitting the request and some swift email communication, I already received a replacement. Thank you very much for quick support in all this, this is a great service! We are sailors, and we have a bunch of MPOWERD products on our sail boats for years, as they don't need any power to charge and don't take up any space. We use white lanterns for evenings when we are at anchor, to cook and to have dinners on deck, to read books in our cabins, and we absolutely love the red lanterns as they are perfect for night sailing, when your eyes are adapted to the dark, but you want to have a cup of tea downstairs, but white light is too harsh for the eyes. This really is an amazing quality product.

Products have a lot of potential but have fallen short with me. I bought a Luci pro and the plastic ripped the first time I tried to unbuckle it to hang it. I asked what the fix was in hopes I’d be offered a replacement since it was just bought and used for the first time and was told to use epoxy.
Next I got excited about the string lights. They were bought the end of November as a Christmas gift 2020. I used them maybe a half dozen times, the last time being a year after I received them: 12/26/21. I strung them up and only the first 2 bulbs lit. The rest wouldn’t light. This time I was smarter/direct and asked about their warrantee policy and was told it’s one year and I was outside the warrantee time. They offered to extend the 50% off code for me to purchase replacements.
At this point, I have not requested the code because I’m reluctant towards durability and am putting serious consideration into looking into other company’s solar lights. My expectations for these products were high and my disappointment was equally as high.

MPOWERD is such a cool company! They are making innovative yet simple and useful products and are helping put them in the hands of those who really need them - plus the customer service is top notch. Highly recommended across the board.
My favorite product is the solar string lights, but the LUCI inflatable solar lights with mobile charging are also a no-brainer for any camp kit.

I am so impressed! I got my first one for Christmas this year and we brought it camping back in the Everglades (thankful for the waterproof!)! Our buddies had 3 others and it lit up the campsite and tents beautifully! Unfortunately, my first one broke, but I got in touch with MPOWERD and they immediately sent a replacement once I showed them what was wrong. I was worried after it broke, but their commitment to the product and customer service really showed me differently; we went and bought a few more products right after that to prep for the camping season! While you can't see the actual product in the picture, all the light (other than the fire) is from MPOWERD solar lamps!

I ordered the Luci string lights off Amazon and was thrilled to get them. Unfortunately it had a problem charging via solar, so I reached out to customer service to see what can be done. Lily helped me right away with some very welcoming customer service and had a new set of Luci string light sent to my address. I am very impressed with how Lily helped me in this situation and how MPOWERD didn't hesitate to fix the issue. I will be a happy customer for a long long time. This particular brand is great for anyone who is into camping or outdoors by the way - you won't be disappointed! Great quality product and service all around. I was disappointed that my Luci light failed after a relatively few uses while camping but over enough years that it was well out of warranty. After a couple of rounds of explanation with customer service, they graciously sent me a new unit even with an upgrade from the original one. I love a company that stands behind their products!!

Luci Pro Lux worked great the first year. When went to use it second year, would not charge. Contacted the company and they replied quickly with instructions for a "re-boot." Did it. Presto! Luci is back in action. Happy to find the company to be responsive to their customers. I love using Luci in our tent.

Clean energy products are the way to go. We purchased these lights for camping trips but I can see that they will be great to have when there’s a loss of power. They are compact and no batteries will go in the landfill. I had a speedy, friendly customer service experience when one of my lights arrived with a defect. A replacement product was sent immediately. A great company with a great world mission.
