I had a wonderful experience with a MPower gentleman. He informed me on everything i needed to know about renewable energy. Also, he had very good energy which made me comfortable. I now have a fixed rate for my bills which i’m thankful for!

I'm glad an agent came by I work a lot so he's lucky he caught me but overall was a good experience Mpower offers a very unique customer service by sending agents to the door to update you with clean energy and 5 years price protection rate that stabilizes your bill

Terminal Galloway did an excellent job explaining how switching to empower could help reduce carbon emissions. I support her effort 100%. Unfortunately, utilities aren’t in my name so I was unable to make any changes for this household. Regardless, Terminal was extraordinarily thorough and I hope she returns when the landlord is present.

the salesmen here are expert con artists -- because how else are you going to convince broke Queens renters to pay more for their electric? came home in 2022 to my roommate at the door signing forms for a Darien, who told him we were "chosen by ConEd" to be "upgraded" to a new and much better grid. it was heavily implied that this was a routine service that everyone in the building was already signed up for and that there was no choice in the matter. he was coached through a phone call with ConEd where he was told to lie about a third party being present, which was brushed off with some joke about red tape to make it sound like he had run into trouble with his own employer. had to get a block placed on our account because by the time my roommate realized this was an ESCO he had already been rushed into signing off on everything. very pushy, underhanded sales tactics

Terrible customer service, they would come to your home and will ask to give you better price and ask to change the provider. But ultimately they charge you with 2 time rate. I got 1.5 time higher gas bill after getting their service. Please avoid mpower.
