The women at the front desk need more training, particularly in the area of water dock setup. I was given the wrong instructions when I initially started the account, so I came back at a later time and was given the wrong instructions again by a different woman who basically called me a liar with a smug look on her face. I closed my account out of frustration of dealing with such incompetent people.

I am posting a photo which shows my card number (1221) and the PIN (1121) WHICH WAS GIVEN TO ME AT THE TIME OF SETUP BY YOUR OFFICE, which she denied. There is no way to set your own pin at the Pleasant View dock.

The only water company but I've never had an issue, they are always updating infrastructure and making sure ppl have water. Very responsible company. Glad we have it
