We had a pipe leak in our attic that started dripping through the ceiling. Rick came out to inspect the issue, and Jose handled the installation. Both were extremely professional and helpful throughout the process. Jose went above and beyond—not only did he clean up after completing the job, but he also swept and mopped the area, ensuring everything was spotless before leaving. Cons of money wrench:
Overpriced, first visit is a consultation and then you need to schedule again for service, $89 fee if you decide not to use their service, $500+ to change a wax ring on a toilet. Another plumber did it for $212

This was my first time using MonkeyWrench. I’ve seen the vans in my neighborhood so decided to give them a shot. It was a little different set up than what I’m used to. Making the initial appt was easy and set up just 3 days after I called. First, they sent an estimator. I was actually really put off by this at first because it usually means a massive amount of explaining and being talk down to about things that could happen vs what I actually need to have completed. Anyway, THANKFULLY, that wasn’t the case. My estimator, Luis, was top notch and thorough without being a mansplainer. Also, I knew what I needed and explained some issues with the house etc. so Luis was able to provided a reasonable estimate. The actual work was done 2 days later by Alfredo and Pete. These guys were top notch! Unobtrusive, fast, and easy to chat with. Really super happy with these techs/plumbers. I know working on an old house always produces surprises. These guys really assuaged my anxiety and never let on that my house was torturing them. I think MonkeyWrench might be slightly higher $ but I found it within a reasonable range for the work. Not crazy but you definitely pay for good customer service, which I’m happy to do. Work done: (2) complete bathroom faucets replacements. Water pressure regulator replaced. Kitchen faucet stem replaced.
