DH-1 came in and did an excellent job. The foreman (Junior) explained the whole process and they cleaned up after themselves which I really appreciated. I am very pleased with the service I got from that crew. The roofers and electricians were very professional and courteous.

I had a horrible experience with Momentum Solar. Everything seemed great before payment and installation, but it quickly went downhill after that.

During installation, they turned the electricity on and off multiple times throughout the entire house without any notice, putting my electronics and computers at risk. Their communication was a complete mess — multiple employees contacted me with conflicting information.

Immediately after the installation, they failed the electrical inspection twice for the same issue. They sent unqualified staff who clearly didn’t know what they were doing. The inspector even said it was a life hazard and wouldn’t allow us to close the main breaker panel. Momentum claimed they could send someone to fix it in a week.

Worried about safety, I had to hire a licensed electrician to fix their mistakes. I also ended up disputing the transaction and filing a complaint with the Division of Consumer Affairs. I’m highly disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone.

Momentum Solar operates with deceptive marketing, scripted sales tactics, and empty promises that they consistently fail to deliver on. Their business model relies on high-pressure sales tactics, misleading guarantees, and a lack of follow-through that leaves homeowners frustrated and misled.

Leadership prioritizes ego over ethics, creating a culture where professionalism is an afterthought. Their offices reek of alcohol—a clear testament to the lack of discipline and accountability at the highest levels. This unprofessional environment trickles down to the sales reps, who are trained to recite the same tired script while offering false reassurances to homeowners.

Much like their failed venture, Momentum Home, this company is built on hype rather than honesty. The pattern is clear—momentum doesn’t last when it’s fueled by deception.

Do your research. Protect yourself. And avoid them at all costs.
