Mister Sparky scheduled my appointment super fast. Jay arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, polite and explained the situation. He fixed the issue with parts he had with him. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

I have dealt with many contractors over the years and by far this company is top 3 companies I have dealt with. They came out the same day I called for an estimate and that same day I got the estimate via email. Less than 2 weeks later the job was done. I had another company prior to them that I waiting over a year and no work was done and I had difficult time getting my money back. Mr. Sparky and Jay were very professional and did not waste my time with pointless things. The only thing I would say I think they should not do is ask for money to come out to give an estimate. They took that charge off and came out for a free estimate but in terms of loosing customers that is possible way of not being able to get business. I would highly recommend them Jay is a great guy and very informative and I wish more people ran their business like them. Thank You Mr. Sparky for the great job!

Upon requesting assistance with some major electrical upgrades, I was called to make an appointment than followed up with text messages relating to the visit. Very good communication. Jay was very professional and knowledgeable. He was attentive to my request and offered solutions within the parameters of working within an 1840's historic house.

Mister Sparky did a great job with my Tesla wall connector installation. A representative bothered to come to the house to scope the project, and get back promptly with a price. The company has a good communication follow up thereafter.. Work done was perfect !

Had a great experience with Mister Sparky. Tracy was extremely helpful over the phone - she helped schedule an appointment for a quote and stayed in touch throughout helping find the best times for installation. Jay came buy to assess the installation and provide a quote. The pricing made sense when adding up all the work that was involved, plus a permit. Ultimately, an electrician in the family was able to come buy and help us install our wall connector, but I have utmost confidence that Mister Sparky would have done a stellar job and take no shortcuts based on all of our interactions, thorough explanations, and reviews - we’ll certainly keep this solid company in mind for future needs.

I'm happy with the mister Sparky so far. How they dealt with my Difficult scheduling. They adjusted several times to make it work. Jay came out to check out my electric panel. He was very nice and professional. I have my fingers crossed hoping to get a reasonable estimate for the work.
