So we decided on trying Mindful Storage and were very impressed, we were greeted by Ralph (Assistant Manager) who was super friendly, courteous and helped us with every need! He made the process so easy as we were really stressed. Ralph made sure to show us all of our options,made sure all our questions were answered and made us feel very welcome! Frank the property manager and his associate have always been extremely helpful! Mindful Storage housed my items for almost 5 years lol and any time I had issues or couldn’t make a payment on time Frank would assist as best as he could. Highly recommend this place if you’re in the Poinciana area.
