This company is run by money grubbers. After speaking several times I finally went to office to file application and was told they were going to do a hard credit check. I could have told them my credit had a great no late payment report but that my utilization was up because of the covid. I asked what was their rating limit to get service and he said the manager that is they look at certain things when in fact they don't they looked at the rating. My utilization is way up there because of covid but I have always paid my credit cards and bills on time as well as my mortgage and it has been a struggle. This so and so actually insulted me for not having a credit rating of 650 or so and then I should have kept up my credit rating! I'm checking with utilities commission to see if he's done anything illegal buying insulting a person who's legally disabled. I went to Suburban Propane and told them what that creep did and she was surprised. They won't even run a credit check if you think that you're not going to make it and just call it cash on demand which would have been fine with me like do I really want to rip off your propane tank when I've been a living resident for 15 years paying on my mortgage? Don't waste your time at this company they're not worth one cent.

I had a major contamination spill. My heating oil carriage collapsed after it was filled. The ground gave way from all the rain causing the spill. Our well also got contaminated. Between Cockerham and Culligan they have been so supportive and so wonderful in dealing with this catastrophe. I couldn't recommend a more dedicated company to customer satisfaction and going above and beyond!!!

They autofilled and had a bill of almost 600 dollars the same day I lost my job... I called and asked them to remove the propane they had filled and the manager said if they came back they'd just take the tank. I don't take well to threats... so I said come get it then. I just started with a different company.
