I called Mills a little frantically on Thursday afternoon, it was forecasted to snow the next day and be a cold weekend and I had just realized that I was down to 5 in the tank; she warned me they probably couldn’t get out there until early next week which I understood, and was cursing myself for not checking the tank sooner. Then this morning (Sunday) I had just run out of propane, and was huddled under blankets on the couch when their truck pulled up in my driveway.

I really appreciate that they came on a day off to do that. This is the second time they’ve saved me from my own poor planning where I run out of propane right before or during winter weather. Thank you for going out of your way to help me and I’ll try to be better about keeping an eye on the tank!

Customer service is outstanding. Pam in the office is so helpful and so understanding when I let my tank get too low on a Friday afternoon, she managed to get the truck here before 5pm so I could keep heat over the weekend! The best!!

Mills Fuel has outstanding customer service! It is so nice to speak with someone on the phone who is polite and willing to help their customer. I had an emergency situation at my father-in-law's property on a Sunday. They called me back within a few minutes and were at the property first thing Monday morning. My experience today with Mills was sadly very disappointing. I have had them here before and they were great, very professional and kind. When I told my dad how much the propane would cost he said I should find a different company. I told him I prefer to use this one because of their professionalism and kindness.

This time is as unfortunately very different. They broke through my bamboo fence and left it laying on the ground as well as the plants and statutes I have on the fence were left laying all over the ground. When I saw it I thought surely the wind had done it but there was no wind and that was the only place that was broken. When I checked the note on the door from the propane company it said “keep path to tank clear”, that’s when I realized they had busted through it. I don’t know why they didn’t go around the other side of the house where there was no fence, or why they didn’t knock on my door ( I was home)or if they felt that they had to break through my fence why they wouldn’t bother to at least pick it back up instead of leaving it all over the ground. When I called the person was a little curt with me and didn’t apologize for the mess left in my yard. He just said “I’ve had the same driver for 9 years. All I can do is talk to him.” I rarely ever leave a bad review and I am someone who doesn’t like conflict, but this just seemed outrightly rude and unprofessional especially that when I called I wasn’t even offered an apology. I am saddened because I really liked this company in the past.

Finally a company we've never had any issues with. Any time I call I'm always connected with a real person who is able to answer my questions. When we decided to try electric instead of gas, the tank was picked up within two days with zero hassle. If we do go back to gas we will no doubt use Mills Fuel Service again. Their customer service is top notch!

I fill my motorhome propane tanks at Mills. Friendly, service oriented and pay the exact amount of my fill. I pass other fuel dealers to get to Mills. Highly recommend.
