Called to request service, late Wednesday evening. The owner was courteous and forthcoming that it would probably be the next day. Thursday morning, his Techs were onsite. They assessed the issue and had the well pump pipe replaced in no time. The pipe had been busted by downed trees. Grateful, they came out to help us get the water back on!

Services is NOT available on the weekend (don't know what the other review is talking about). Been trying all day today since 9am (now 2pm on Sunday) to call for help cause my wells pump went out last night and my home has no water with 3 kids, and not only has no one at all answered, but the mailbox is full so I can't even leave a message.

Absolutely worst costumer service ever! Do not use this business if you want service...of any kind. I called every week for a month and still “too busy to be seen”. They sure weren’t too busy to install a 2,000 dollar filter. This was in 2015 and they have yet to service it, not even once! I heard thier service had gone down hill in the last few years..that’s being too generous. Thier business mind as well be 6 feet under.

Had them hook city water up had to fix the back line that they tied in it broke after 2 months. Then had the place they connected to in the front split and start flooding the front yard. The came out to fix the front and ripped the medal pipe from the cement wall and told the office that we broke it and had them demand payment for its replacement and repair! They are poor plumbers and do shoddy work do not use them there are better and more professional plumbers in Douglas!!!
