All I can say is this this is definitely my go-to for my carrier unit anytime I'm in the south My guy Caleb looked out for me help fix a issue I had the prior year. And instead of leaving me in the dark he gave me basically a play-by-play on what they was doing how they was doing it and gave me the options if I would want it fixed or not without saying ,yeah you definitely need this done you definitely need that done. He was honest about things that could wait and things that needed immediate attention and I respect that. Unlike EVERY SINGLE carrier North of Delaware..

They took me with no appointment that was great but they told me was the alternator bad on my APU. They change it then they put the old one back because it was not the alternator and they don’t know what was the problem but they still charge me $255 For labor and I left with the APU still not working they say it might be a cable or maybe another part that don’t have in stock 😂

Caleb Davis in my opinion the greatest diesel/ Carrier reefer tech in the whole southeast. He has the knowledge and skills of 30 year veteran with only 2 years experience. I'm amazed with this young man's skill and customer service level. Most I'm Impressed with his mentality, personality, drive and accomplishments at his age. I can go on and on about this young man but plainly put he went above and beyond to accommodate me and my reefer unit. I'm grateful for Caleb Davis...

They throw you the price not match with last visited .
Random price.
I thought this is my reefer unit shop for my all service needed.

This is a 5 star place..and one of the few 5 stars I've posted. Very pleased I found this place and read the reviews..Staff friendly, professional and knowledgeable..called late afternoon and set appt for 0800 (opening time) next morning. Mechanic had me pull in right before 0800. Diagnosed APU issue..wire short inside cab and bad capacitor at outside unit.. happily answered ALL my questions about the issues. Prices very reasonable for the quality service they provide. Plan to be back soon for install of shore power..
