Closing time says 8:30pm online and on the sign at the store and I got there at 8:20pm and he was closing up already and turned me away. Saying that they told him to close early since there were no customers. Which made no sense because I am a customer. I wasted my time rushing over after work to make it before they closed just for that to happen. Very disheartening.

Updated: Owner reached out told me to email her which I did Tuesday 1/16/24 and havent heard back it’s been 3 days now. Pointless.

The guy with long hair is a piece of you know what! He didn't want to help me, or honor the deal that I had arranged with Alejandra, he shrugged me off. I felt like he was being lazy, and wanted to go sit down in the back room? I felt like I was bugging him, or interrupting him. I have been going there for about 8 years, and I will NEVER GO BACK THERE. I hope the owner reads this, and he gets fired. Shame on him.

They scale by making the prices expensive and give free thing with a 25 dollars ou month that don't even work and they give no refunds and the people that work there are all scammer s😡😡😡😡😤😤😤

Be ready to pay extra $ 10 dollars for SIM card + $ 15 dollars for "activation fee" ( retailers profit ). If you want to avoid this last fee, order online your month to month plan. $40$50 or $60 plans

Wow just wow! Amazing customer service!!! Eddie helped me transfer my account over to metro, he delt with calling customer service and we all know how annoying customer service can be... His mood never once changed even after having to deal with customer service, stayed happy and vibrant the whole time. Awesome experience! Definitely recommend coming to this metro and definitely recommend talking to Eddie!

Total incompetence in regards to the simple application of ACP, (Affordable Connectivity Plan). A discount program to which I've had access for seven years including six months with T-Mobile. The only thing that changed was the purchase of a new phone. After 27 calls to T-Mobile, 6 in-store visits and 5 calls to ACP, the later stating I needed to visit the store, I have still not resolved this issue after seven excruciating months.

The most recent staffs are really rude and pushy on selling you extra services. They decided to add services to my phone line without telling me. I only found out when the bill came. DO NOT go here.
