Tech Joseph came out for a schedule appointment today to change our water meter.
- Very polite, explained what he was doing and how long it would take,
- Very mindful of the work area, he cleaned up all the water that dribbled during the visit, I was amazed the area was completely dry when he left,
-Made sure to have me run the cold water to confirm there wasn't any issues after the meter change.
It was a next level professional experience and I appreciate it.

The communication from this company is horrendous! If you have the choice, don’t select this company to do anything for you. While making an appointment, the employee told me I can receive a reminder call the day before and a 30 minute courtesy call prior to the technician coming. I did not receive either. When I called to check on why I didn’t receive a call, a different employee said they don’t do reminder calls the day before. However, the manager I spoke to said they do. I asked the technician why I didn’t receive a call 30 minutes before his arrival; he said the office does that. However, the manager said it’s the technician’s responsibility to let the office know to call. Unfortunately I didn’t have choice in selecting this company; Aqua Water chose them to update the water meter in my home. I was unaware that this was happening at all until MeterTek sent me a nasty email that my water was going shut my water off because I never made an appointment for my water meter replacement. That’s the first communication I received from them! Again, the communication from this company is AWFUL. Do not waste your time with them!!!! Save yourself the headache.

Because their technician didn’t have any knowledge of a Navien system he failed to close the pressure valve before installing a new water meter-it caused my system to leak-it will now cost me $175 to replace a part-called and complained and they don’t feel that they were at fault and refused to compensate me even half?

My main concern when I scheduled my water meter replacement was how messy this process would be. The tech arrived on time and 20 mins later my meter was replaced and “NO MESS”. He was professional and kind. Great job!!!

Melissa (ID #64) was extremely inconsiderate. She threatened to cancel the service of my home to change the water meter and refused to reschedule. My neighbor was kind enough to meet the technician on site after Melissa told me the person could not wait 5 minutes for my neighbor and had left. I would never use this company secondary to poor customer service.
