I called to get my furnace tune up on the calendar, and they were able to come out the next day. I was notified that the tech was on his way, and he arrived EARLIER than my appointment time. The technician Thomas was absolutely a great technician. He replaced the TXV valve. And discovered the defrost board needed to be replaced and I was informed. Even though it was a fairly new defrost board. It kept giving off a high pressure lock out code. Which he checked out and found to be the board. I would surely recommend this technician with Merrell and Associates.
