We had 2400w of Trail blazer panels installed on our coach since March of 2022 and have yet to be satisficed with the productivity of the panels. On clear sunny days we only average between 800-1200 watts at the zenith of the day. We had them installed by the company that you recommended (Solar Advantage in Tucson, AZ). It was supposed to be a two and a half day install that took five days, then they worked on it off and on for another fifteen days with no improvement. Finally, we were told that "its as good as its going to get" and demanded payment.
We've tried on several occasions to contact your company to get our questions answered to no avail!
SO AT THIS POINT WE WOULDN'T GIVE YOUR COMPANY ANY STARS FOR YOUR PRODUCTS OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE ONLY REASON IT SHOWS 1 STAR IS BECAUSE THATS THE ONLY WAY WE CAN POST THIS MESSAGE.
