Hello friends, I am Pravesh Chug, I live in Nagpur. Please read my message completely. I had purchased solar panels with inverter from mega power solar in 2022. In which they had a 20 year agreement with me for solar panels and a 5 year agreement for inverter which is still in the contract. I had taken 3 separate segments of 10 kg watt each from these. Out of which 1 segment is closed for the last 3 months due to inverter failure. Abhijit sir gave me an inverter from Goodwe company. For 2 months Abhijit sir made me run around a lot, finally I called the company and asked why I have not received the replacement till now when my inverter is under warranty, then the company person (Sandeep sir, Maharashtra region) told me that Abhijit sir had inquired about our technical No approval of any kind was taken from the team before installation and they did a wrong installation, hence all your 3 inverters are out of warranty, you will have to buy a new inverter. He said that the current in our inverter is 12.5 ampere and the current of the panels installed by them is 17 ampere due to which your inverter failed and Abhijit Sir from our technical team was also persuaded to divide the current by installing this connector. Still they have installed it on your side in the same way. Finally Abhijit sir has given up and he is saying that right now I can't do anything. The cost of 1 inverter is around 80000 which I have just paid and after purchasing another high current inverter from another vendor I am installing it in my house and it has been almost 3 months and due to 0 generation home my electric bill is around 50000 It has come. So now my request to all of you friends is that Megapower Solar in which CEO Mr. Abhijit Shukla is here, do not do any kind of deal with him. He is a stupid liar, a stupid person.

All big talks, they will promise you a lot but will not deliver it. Everytime I call them for any problem or cleaning related services which they have committed they tell you their big projects are going and they don't have staff. EVERY TIME.

Think 10 times before giving them your work.
