I hate to post this but want others to be aware. Do not use this company. They will leave you in the lurch endlessly and then ghost you and not finish the job that they signed a contract for. I now have to scramble to find someone to finish the work and get our final permit. Just a warning to find someone more reliable.

Absolutely terrible company - do not use! Took a $1000 deposit in February 2022, promised to install the generator in the summer.
Lots of calls from me, lots of reminders.
Lots of stories from them about how difficult to get a permit. Be as it may, but they should have thought about it upfront before taking $$$.
Afterwards, no permits, no generator. I suggested to cancel - they offered a different route that I could have taken with any of the local guys.
Ended up with their estimate of $7K+ for the job that our local guys charge $1.5K.
I offered for them to refund my $1K deposit and no harm done. They seem to have agreed and then disappeared.
DO NOT USE!!!

Helped us over the phone in an emergency get our generator going, but did not show up when promised and will not return my calls.
