Just got back home from a road trip to Texas for a few weeks. On my journey, I picked up cans and bottles everytime I stopped anywhere, be it a rest stop, gas station or a Buc-ee's. I don't just pick up trash, this is bum currency. All said n done, I got $36.48 for my efforts to help clean AZ, NM, and TX. Thanks litter bugs 🤠

Way faster to get all your cans, bottles, and glass recycled here than anywhere else. The guys there are extremely helpful too and will help you get all your stuff into the cans, and even sort your recyclables if they're mixed up. Good prices too, with aluminum being a consistent $2 per pound.

The older gentleman was so sweet & polite. He handled business... The younger boys should be thanking the Lord they even have a job. Learn to talk to others, especially respectfully, or no bueno. I was trying to be nice and prevent the workers from getting treated rude by the men with me and ironically the workers were rude to me... So the recycling place is really nice just hope ur lucky on your visit.

I want to give a hugh shout out foe MEC RECYCLING. I went there for my 1st time,with a truck load of cans and plastics. I thought how in the heck am I gonna get this stuff off my truck. This guy came and got all the bags off the truck was so friendly. They also give $1.85 for cans and plastic bottles #1 are $1.29. Thank you again for helping this senior yesterday. MEC ♻️ RECYCLING HAS MY BUSINESS FROM NOW ON

I'll never recycle cans or scrap here again, they give you lowest price for clean aluminium scrap ( dirty price instead of clean price) the Mexican guy running the scale changes the actual tally weight by a pound or 2 every time I go there, I get overly treated like a criminal Everytime I take scrap in I'm surprised I didn't have to give a DNA sample, unfair, racist scale operator and ride owner. Take your scrap to those who don't rip people off.
