Radon update: After monitoring the radon levels in our home the last couple of months I pulled the trigger this week on a professionally installed radon mitigation system using McNeese Solutions. Extremely happy with the results. In less than two days, the level has gone down to a point lower than I've ever seen since I began monitoring. Well worth the money if it reduces the occurrence of skin/lung cancer!

Taylor McNeese is a true radon expert and professional! Highly recommended!

Our home has a basement and multiple foundations, which makes it a bit more complex than some homes for radon mitigation. Taylor fully assessed multiple options on how to most efficiently and effectively mitigate the radon. He came up with a three-phased approach versus throwing everything at it all at once, which would be more costly and potentially not necessary.

After implementing Phase 1 and reducing the radon significantly, he modified the Phase 2 approach which fully mitigated the radon below the WHO threshold and was less costly than the original Phase 2 approach.

I had my radon system replaced today and I cannot say enough good things about this experience. I had two other companies come and look but they just ghosted me. Taylor came out twice, on time, with no rescheduling. First time he rigged it for me so water wouldn't go all over the place. Next time he replaced the fan and pipes to vent along with capping off the old roof vent and installing a new one where it should have been to begin with. Easy to work with, professional, and good prices. I highly recommend and would use him again in the future.
