Great renewable energy provider, but DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THEIR POORLY-MANAGED INCENTIVE PROGRAMS. So sad, because these programs are so important, but their customer service and execution of incentive programs is absolutely abominable. We had a battery system installed almost a year ago and after the project was plagued with problems (largely due to poor communication and mistakes), we STILL have not received a permit to operate from PG&E. MCE has been unresponsive. The company needs to fire the team that has designed and overseen customer service and execution for this program - the poor program design and non-responsive customer service has been a stressful waste of my time. All we were trying to do is good, and yet...

This is extremely ridiculous what the city of Fairfield did this year. Forced people to enroll in an absurd & unscrupulous program. People be aware of your PGE bill because it would reflect an extra charge. And if you decide to call PGE, they won't be able to help since the city was involved.
Also, if you decide to disenroll - like I did - MCE will charge you extra & your PGE bill will go up for a while 🙁

It's a scam! Not only is it NOT clean green energy but it cost more than PG and E. In some areas you are automatically singed up for it and have to jump through so many hoops to opt out it's ridiculous!
