In February, they had my car for 11 days and didn't start the repairs until they had my car for over a week. Jesse told myself, and my husband, that there was a significant delay in repair because my warranty company had extensive requirements that had to be met before repairs could be approved such as pictures/videos of the malfunction as well as an inspection done by the warranty company themselves. When the warranty company reimbursed me for my rental car they didn't pay for any of the days during this "delay". I called MB Resources to confirm that the delays were in fact caused by the warranty company and they confirmed that they were. I then called the warranty company stating that they should reimburse me for the repair delays caused by their extensive requirements and the warranty company informed me that they never requested pictures or videos and they never ordered their own inspection. I then called Jesse, from MB Resources, with the warranty company on the line and Jesse changed his story and said that he never told me that the delay was due to the warranty company and that the delay was, in fact, due to the repair shop being behind in their work. He never mentioned that to me before. Jesse's dishonesty cost me hundreds of dollars extra in rental car coverage, that I did not get reimbursed for. I will not return to this shop.

Wonderful group of people! Great father and son duo whom me and my wife have purchased multiple cars from! If you are looking for decent prices on used vehicles from honest people who do what they say they will do look no further! They absolutely trump the crap hole down the street that I refer to as the den of theives lol. But seriously they are awesome people and they run their business awesomely! And they actually treat you like a real human being instead of a sale or a number or a credit score etc! If you're buying used this is definitely the place you want to go with Jesse and his dad are the bomb!

I have been dealing with Carl and MB Resources for many years now and have always been very satisfied with the vehicles I have purchased there. I highly recommend MB Resources if you are looking to purchase a great used vehicle at a buy here pay here dealership. My only issue at all is the lack of space for parking and displaying the vehicles that are for sale.

First time dealing with this shop, and we cannot have nothing but praise for them. Had a crew working over 6 hours away from home when they experienced a breakdown on a Saturday morning. After a quick phone call not only did they get our van towed to their shop, but also drove our men back to the jobsite. They were great with communications with us back at our office keeping us up to date with the issue and fast to get the problem diagnosed and repaired. We cannot thank you enough for going out of the way providing great customer service at a very fair and reasonable price.

They fixed my 94 Ciera to like new once more. That was the better part of 5 years ago! Car still runs daily trouble free. MB Resources rocks it down!
