It was a pleasure working with Shannon, who took the time to investigate my current HVAC system, listen to what I was looking for in a new system, and analyze the situation to recommend appropriate options. I also really appreciated his attention to industry rebates and tax incentives that wound up delaying moving forward while waiting for those to be available - rather than rushing things just to get a sale.
During installation, Donald and Blake were truly professional. They explained what they were going to do and readily answered all the questions I had while they were here. After removing the old system and installing and testing the new, they cleaned the work space and walked me through my new thermostat setup - we were up-and-running... smoothly.

The three-man crew, led by Allen, did a great job. They're experience with installations was obvious. They were very professional and courteous at all times. The job site was thoroughly cleaned before they left. I was given instruction on how to use our new unit before they left. I would highly recommend them for any heating and air need that you may have.

The office staff always took time to answer any questions I had and were all very polite and professional.
The installation crew were very knowledgeable about the new system and did a great job installing. They were always on time and took great care to clean up and remove all the job related debris.

My furnace went out 3 days before the snow storm that came January 10. Maxwell sent Alex out the day I called (within a couple of hours). Alex was extremely informative and respectful. As a woman who was home alone at the time Alex and the salesman Tony made the process feel safe (no sleazy salesman feeling of trying to have a quick one pulled on me). While they were unable to replace the furnace before the snow storm (totally understandable) they were kind enough to offer multiple space heaters to be delivered to my house the night before! This business seems to genuinely care about their customers which is something I appreciate and will recommend them to any friends or family !

WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY SERVICE! Everyone please be very careful with their pricing. The cost for their diagnostic is $79, but you will end up paying over a few hundred dollars (Problem not fixed). So make sure you have the extra money. Then they quote one price to get you to agree to repair, then after repair you will get an enormous bill. The response was "...the quote didn't include your parts...it was just labor". BE CAREFUL EVERYONE!!! Mark is the tech. This is not the way to do business! Will never use service again...or refer to anyone!

I’ve finally found a company I can trust! YAY!!!! On the coldest night of the year, of course, my heat went out and I can’t thank Maxwell Heating & Cooling enough for sending Alex out the same day! He was prompt, courteous and very professional! He was able to fix it quickly & for a very reasonable price. I appreciate that Alex took the time to really listen to me & answer all of my questions and he did a great job of explaining everything to me. Thanks again!!

We have been with Maxwell for 22 years. We have always received courteous, competent, & timely service from Jarrod. Mark, Alex, & others.
Most recently I had a problem that Jarrod immediately responded. He went above & beyond to correct my problem.
