UPDATED: Cal from Maverick called me and asked if she could send their best tech out and repair the issue. Chris came out the next day and saw the problems, and completely fixed the connector and plate. Updated my review, great customer service

My experience with Maverick thus far has been excellent. Their outstanding reviews and the name drew me in and their level of professionalism has kept me engaged. From my first interaction and estimate with Nate to the support I've received from Chase and Jordan, they have patiently answered my many, many questions and helped me explore a variety of electrical, insulation, and heating & cooling options. So far, they have upgraded my ancient panel to 200 amps and provided a free furnace inspection which helped identify some critically needed cleanup that was handled on the spot. I am located outside of the Sacramento area and they've been extremely accommodating with the service windows, despite the drive. The other thing that I'm impressed by is the high level of employee pride and morale. Thanks, Maverick, for your support and service!

Excellent Technician. This is my second experience with Maverick! Both Techs have been exemplary customer service professionals. They were clean and well trained, disciplined and generous with their knowledge! They are certainly welcome in our home again! Our unit is in great shape. When I asked about the current draw of our IFM, he showed me and after cleaning the cage fan blades, he showed me the draw again for comparison. Well done Corey. I hope he comes back next time to help me manage my equipment care!

Nate was phenomenal. He was punctual, personable, professional, and extremely informative. After explaining the issue, he got right to work and provided multiple options. Due to time restrains I went with the quickest fix but I could not be more satisfied. Typically, my stubborn, “can-do” attitude would lead me to resolve the problem on my own but with Christmas right around the corner I decided to leave it to the professionals. I do not regret it. Maverick was worth every penny. Nate went above and beyond and I will be requesting Maverick and Nate for their services for all electrical needs in the future.

Nick did a great job with a challenging installation of many unusual lights in several locations. I expect the unusual lights we had made the job more time consuming than normal but he patiently got everything hung correctly and to our liking. One nitpick is that there were some scheduling snafus due to the extra long ladder being double booked.
