The team of Liam, Aldo, and Shylow did a very fine job of removing pine needles from our roof, then cleaning both the interior and exterior of our windows. They arrived on-time, worked professionally, and were all very polite. I was impressed by their fearlessness and skill of them working on our two-story roof, then leaving us before/after photos.

The team was fast scheduling us the next day when we had just moved into a new home and our brand new dryer was not drying our clothes! Our vents were clogged! The team that came out were very courteous, with on going communication of what they were doing and all around great customer service. Would definitely recommend them to anyone I know.

The team at MasterPro service was very professional and they were able to take me from a quote to a window cleaning in one day which was an amazingly fast turnaround. They did a decent job on the windows, but I did see a few spots they missed after they left. To be fair to them the insides of the windows hadn’t been cleaned yet by me so it was probably hard to see what was what from the outside. Overall I would definitely hire them again!

Highly recommend the team at MasterPro for some of the best window cleaning service you’re going to find anywhere in Bend. From start to finish - scheduling to execution - the staff was top notch, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Our windows posed some unexpected challenges and the on-site techs spent a lot of extra time trying to deal with it to make the final result up to their standards, even though it wasn’t part of their allotted time and the problem wasn’t of their making. Even Mike, the owner, came in to evaluate and help after regular business hours to make certain we were satisfied. Big shout out to Shylohe and Matt, the two guys who put in more than a full day’s work and did an amazing job, always with a smile on their faces. The follow-through and follow-up have been fantastic….I’d say MasterPro has a customer for life. If you’re having a hard time choosing a company for your windows as I originally was…you can stop searching now.
